What happens after I make a report?
After a report is made, information is received and processed by PriorityReach™. This information is then forwarded to the administration of the facility so they can initiate an investigation.

Who makes the investigation?
The investigation is conducted according to the policies of the facility.  In many cases the administrator/director of the facility is the person assigned by their corporation to conduct each investigation.  In most cases, the administrator/director would involve another department head in the facility to ensure impartiality in the investigation.

What happens if my report is about the administration of the facility?
If the report is related to the administration of the facility (Administrator/Director), PriorityReach™ will contact their companies' management team and/or a designated Board member of the company to conduct the investigation.  The investigation would then be conducted according to the company's policy.

PriorityReach™ does not conduct any investigations.  Priority Healthcare Management could conduct an investigation if it is hired by the company to do on a separate contract. Neither PriorityReach™ nor Priority Healthcare Management is liable for any lack of action in the reporting of any incident reported through PriorityReach™.

Will I receive a follow-up regarding my report?
If the report is anonymous, it would not be possible for the facility to follow-up with you.

Each facility has their individual policy regarding report investigation and privacy that they need to follow-up with.  If you are making a report regarding a specific individual you may not be entitled to receive any information regarding the status and/or condition of the individual unless you are the "legal" representative of that individual.  Federal and State regulations mandate that this information remain private.

How long will it take until action is taken?
Each investigation may vary in time, depending on the complexity of the incident.  Each investigation requires employees and/or possible witnesses, etc, to be interviewed. If after an appropriate time you feel that the facility has not made any efforts to correct the situation, we highly recommend that you make another report and explain in it that this is not the first time that you are making this report. At that time we will take it to the designated Board member of the company to conduct the investigation.

If I make a report, should I be afraid of retaliation?
Companies that contract services with PriorityReach™ are very interested in listening to your concerns, complaints and praises for their employees to ensure the best possible service . Most companies have policies against retaliation as well as protection for the reporter.  If you feel that you are being retaliated against for making a previous report, we highly recommended for you to make another report and explain that you feel retaliated against because of a previous report you made, and at that time we will take it to the designated Board member of the company to conduct the investigation.

I'm an employee and I don't want to lose my job.  Will I?
It is illegal for companies to retaliate against an employee in any way or because the employee has made a report about any incident or illegal activity. We can assure you that the company you work for, which has contracted the services of PriorityReach™, is very interested in listening to what you have to say.  If you feel that you are being retaliated against for making a previous report, we highly recommend that you make another report and explain that you feel retaliated against because you previously made a report.  At that time we will take it to the designated Board member of the company to conduct the investigation.
